Expect It

1. things won’t go the way you want
2. people will disappoint you
3. your kids won’t always do the right things
4. life will sometimes be hard
5. things will always take longer to get finished than you think
6. God is in control---even when it doesn’t seem like it.

Expect it!
Add to the list – what can we expect?

You have no idea how much of a comfort this is to me. Reading your blog is my first baby step back into my american culture after returning from Africa. I am really having to trust that He is control because I want to move my whole family to Sierra Leone, but He has placed me in America where many people need to hear of His grace and mercy! :) I love you Robin!

Haha---Shanna, that doesn't surprise me a bit! Your passion for Jesus will be used WHEREVER you are. And right now....you're here!! And I'm glad. ; )

Uh, I think you pretty much covered it.

Good stuff.

All of your children in diapers will need a diaper change the exact minute you need to be walking out the door. And the big kids will need to go potty as soon as you get where you are going.

Thank you Robin. I really needed a swift kick in the butt today.

A man will always have parts left over when he puts something together.

A man will never look at directions or ask for directions.

A man can't hear more than 1 thing at a time

Sorry Robin had to add in some man stuff

Any time you put something away and think, "This is the PERFECT place for this", you won't be able to find it the next time you need it. :)
