My youngest daughter, Katie has started a blog. She is 19, married to one of our wonderful son-in-loves, and currently a nursing student. She’s pretty darn cute too ; )
Another daughter, Anna is continuing her personal story of overcoming insecurity. It’s a great series.

Never let anyone say anything nicer about your husband than you do.
Never wear his t-shirts to bed! Or your t-shirt, or anyone’s t-shirt!
Always wear a smile for him.

There has been a lot of sickness going around. We’ve had the stomach bug make it through the entire family, now my boys have coughs and stuffy heads. Are you all suffering with sickness, or is everyone well for a change?
Next week – a few teaching ideas that were successful for our family.

These sound like some great book chapters!
BTW- Katie's comments are only open to blogger people.

I've almost conquered the flu. I hope it's nearing its end. I've missed 3 days of school and have so much to make up when I go back...but it has certainly been nice to relax. Haven't done that in a while.
ReplyDeleteWe've been really lucky this winter with sickness. We've only had the stomach bug and just this week the girls are snotty. Compare to last year when they went the whole winter with snotty noses I'd say were doing pretty good so far.(knock on wood)
ReplyDeleteAnd thank you Jesus Brad hasn't been sick at all! That would be bad to have to miss work this early on!
We had it run through our family. Last week was really rough. We definitely don't need it back, though!
ReplyDeleteThe tough part is Liz has an in-home daycare...others in the house to leave their germs. Also, my job has me going to schools across the state working on computers...germy kids and touching the same keyboard/mouse. yay!
But i like his t-shirts...:(
